Paid parking for over 500 thousand dollars being sold at Malinovka car market
A paid parking lot has been put up for auction at the car market in Malinovka, Minsk. As reported by av.by, the initial bidding price on the electronic platform "IPM-Targi" was 1.605 million rubles, or about 550 thousand dollars in equivalent.

The paid parking lot, with an area of 15.46 thousand square meters, is located on the territory of the car market in Malinovka, next to the "AutoMOL "Kaltso" center.
The parking lot is operational. An hour of parking here costs 3 rubles. The object is fenced, with video surveillance and a barrier at the entrance. The bidding is scheduled for March 27.
A year ago, attempts were made to sell the Malinovka car market itself at auction, but the bids did not take place then.
