Belarusian author of the 'Siabry' line launched buckwheat whiskey production in Russia
Dmitry Zyanenka, a Belarusian who created the 'Siabry' line of strong alcoholic beverages for the 'Belvingroup' company, and an analogue of Tokaji wine for a Kazakh employer, has taken charge of the Russian distillery 'Krutoyar', writes the publication 'Belorusy i rynok'.

The project was launched in 2025 and is designed for the production of at least 1 million decaliters of whiskey distillates. Within its framework, a line for the production of buckwheat whiskey was launched last week, writes the publication 'Delovoy Peterburg'. Buckwheat for scaling the business is planned to be grown on leased lands in the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions.
'Pervaya Russkaya Vinokurnya Krutoyar' (First Russian Distillery Krutoyar) is an enterprise created by the Ladoga holding on the basis of 'Tsentr Produkta' (Product Center) acquired in 2024 in Budyonnovsk, Stavropol Krai.
The Ladoga holding is among the top 10 largest alcohol producers and distributors in Russia. Its main facilities are located in St. Petersburg.
