During the inspection, it was revealed that the bank, which holds a dominant position in this market, included in its public offer conditions that contradict antimonopoly legislation.
Specifically, "Belarusbank" reserved the right to unilaterally deny clients the conclusion of a contract, suspend operations, and independently determine the commission amount without disclosing it, citing commercial secrecy.
Such conditions can place clients in a dependent position and limit competition in the market, as other participants do not have such opportunities to influence the rules.
As a result, MART issued recommendations to the bank to eliminate these violations and not to allow them in the future. According to the agency's information, "Belarusbank" fulfilled all requirements in full.
