MART's inspection revealed that these services have a minimum order amount for delivery — for example, at Domino's Pizza, it's Br30.99 during the day and Br34.99 at night.
The Ministry believes that this contradicts consumer protection legislation, as it restricts freedom of choice and forces customers to order more goods than they intended.
The department demanded that these violations be eliminated.
