Seven passenger train cars derailed in Russia's Ulyanovsk region
There could have been up to 415 passengers in the carriages.

"At 06:26 Moscow time, near Brandino station (Ulyanovsk region), 7 carriages of passenger train No. 302 Chelyabinsk — Moscow derailed," Russian Railways reported.
The causes of the incident are not yet known.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that, according to preliminary data, there were no fatalities. Three people were injured.
