Minsvyazi does not mention the data leak of users.
On October 11, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization reported that the services of the state system for recording and processing citizens' and organizations' appeals are temporarily unavailable.
The department named technical work as the reason for the service's unavailability.
Minsvyazi promised to additionally notify about the completion of works and the restoration of access. It did not name specific deadlines.
Through "Obrasheniya.bel", one can submit an application, proposal, or complaint to a state body and monitor its consideration. Since 2023, electronic appeals to state institutions are accepted only through this platform.
Earlier, it became known about a leak of user data from the service. In the Telegram bot "Sherlock", their names, contacts, in some cases identification numbers, and also texts of appeals were found. Among them are appeals from propagandist Lyudmila Gladkaya and pro-Russian activist Olga Bondarava.
There was no official announcement about the leak.
