Former synagogue put up for sale in Voranava

A building with a 90-year history has been put up for auction in the urban-type settlement of Voranava. It was built as a synagogue, and in recent decades, a sports school operated in this premises.

The building was constructed in 1935. It is being sold through the electronic platform "BUTB-Property".

This is a two-story object with an area of 386 square meters. The external and internal walls are made of plastered logs, the roof is covered with slate, and the floor is wooden.

In addition to the building, the buyer will also receive the right to lease a land plot of 12 ares for a period of 50 years without payment.

The initial price of the lot is about 81.8 thousand dollars.

The new owner will be able to change the purpose of the building. Local authorities allow opening a shop, cafe, office center, hotel, or a household service facility, such as a barbershop or workshop, there.

Applications for participation are accepted until May 26, and the auction is scheduled for 12:00 PM on May 29.
