A 60-year-old man died in Minsk Metro today

The Minsk City Department of the Investigative Committee informed Onliner.by about the details of the tragic incident at Yakub Kolas Square metro station.

This morning, a 60-year-old passenger suddenly felt unwell on a metro train.

«Eyewitnesses helped him get off at Yakub Kolas Square station and called an ambulance. Medics who arrived at the scene performed a series of resuscitation measures, but they were unable to save the man,» the department reported.

It has been established that the passenger's death is not of a criminal nature.
