"Constant contact with promising footballers who will be able to defend the honor of our country at an international level in the future is a key part of the strategy for the development of Belarusian football at this moment," commented the ABFF press service on the photo.
14-year-old Aliaksei has been in the Real Madrid structure for two years and is considered one of the most promising European wonderkids of his generation.
Aliaksei is the grandson of Aliaksandr Kistzen, a famous former Dinamo Minsk footballer. At 14, he has already worked in the systems of various clubs: Dinamo Minsk, Minsk, and also played a little in the system of Spartak Moscow, after which he moved to Spain, where he trained at the Espanyol and Cerdanyola schools. There he was noticed by scouts from Spanish giants – Real Madrid and Barcelona, who even competed to polish the skills of the rising star.
