On Friday evening, a long queue formed near the National Library: there were so many people eager to attend the "On Top" DJ set that visitors had to wait for their ascent to the observation deck. The roof's capacity is 500 people, so guests were admitted gradually. A photographer from the "Onliner" publication went up and captured how the musical evening unfolded.

Sunset, a panorama of evening Minsk, and electronic music — the National Library had already tested this format during "Biblionight" and the "Biblio-Summer" festival, but this time, the DJ set became an independent event for the first time.
During the evening, Brener, DJ Chaki, and Alena Soroko performed on the observation deck. Some danced right by the DJ booth, some filmed the sunset and the city with their phones, while others simply walked around the deck with a view of evening Minsk.
