"Minsktrans" has disabled the door opening buttons in public transport. This decision followed a vote on the agency's social networks.
"We inform you that opinions on the issue of selective door opening were divided almost equally. However, given that the majority is still not ready to accept this system, the operation of the "warm" buttons has been temporarily suspended. "Minsktrans" plans to take additional measures to inform passengers, including placing stickers in transport, and return to the issue of testing the buttons," the statement said.
The door opening button system had been in operation since May 1st.
