The chosen one of the "Eurovision-2009" winner is an opera singer.

Usually, 40-year-old Alexander Rybak doesn't talk about his personal life. But recently he confessed: his heart is no longer free.
Back in July, the singer published a photo on Instagram with relatives and close people. In the picture, Alexander placed one hand on the shoulder of producer Tor Arne Ranghus, and with the other, he tenderly embraced a beautiful girl — Swedish opera singer Ebba Lejonclou.

She, by the way, had appeared in his social networks before. On Ebba's birthday, the artist decided to finally dot the "i's" and congratulated his beloved on her 30th birthday. He published a video of their joint performance and captioned it: "My dear girlfriend, my musical partner and my best friend turned 30 today. Hip-hip-hooray for Ebba".
Ebba Lejonclou performs on famous Swedish stages. She has received several music scholarships and awards for young opera performers, including support from the Royal Swedish Opera's Young Talent Foundation. Since 2024, Ebba has been a member of the vocal ensemble at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.

This year, the singer has a rather busy schedule: she performs at events related to the 80th birthday of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, as well as the golden wedding anniversary of the King and Queen.
Alexander Rybak told in an interview that he met Ebba online — it happened about three and a half years ago. Then they met in Stockholm and during their first date talked a lot about music, and even sang together right on the street.

But then, in 2022, the couple had to live in different countries — Alexander was mainly in the USA, Ebba in Sweden. Therefore, the relationship was long-distance for a long time.
And only last autumn, when Rybak returned to Europe, they finally realized they wanted to build a common future. Now the couple lives in Oslo and Stockholm, and they also have a small house in Indre Østfold — a favorite place for living and working.
Alexander and Ebba enthusiastically talk about their fantastic romantic and professional relationship.
Rybak admits that since 2015, when he published the children's book "Troll and the Magic Fiddle," he dreamed of a quiet family life. Both artists want children and already dream of them growing up in a house filled with classical music. They believe that descendants will not hinder their creativity.
At the same time, when asked by a journalist about marriage, Alexander just smiled: "We are not married".
