The mushroom season continues in Belarus, and some quiet hunting enthusiasts boast about real mushroom trophies on social networks. One Belarusian woman showed off a huge porcini mushroom her grandmother found on TikTok, writes the publication Tochka.by.

The mushroom is truly impressive in size: it has a very thick stem that the woman couldn't fully grasp with her palm, and the cap also turned out to be large. It even looked bigger than a bucket full of other mushrooms.
To accurately determine the weight of the find, the porcini mushroom was placed on scales at home. It wasn't easy to do this the first time, so the mushroom was placed cap-down.
The result was surprising — the porcini mushroom weighed 1590 grams, or almost 1.6 kilograms.
In the comments, some users admired the size of the mushroom, while others noted that such large porcini mushrooms might be old, worm-eaten, and not very suitable for eating. However, the author of the video assured that, contrary to assumptions, the mushroom was clean inside.
