It became known how much "Savushkin Product" paid for Polotsk Dairy Plant
"Savushkin Product" became the sole participant in the bidding for the sale of the main site of the bankrupt Polotsk Dairy Plant. Along with production buildings and equipment, the buyer acquired the rights to the well-known brand "Mi-Shu!", Vitbichi reports .

"Savushkin Product" became the owner of the main production site of the Polotsk Dairy Plant, which is being liquidated due to bankruptcy. The Brest-based company was the sole bidder and offered just 526 rubles more than the initial price.
The property complex was sold for 32 million 593 thousand rubles. The buyer must fully pay for it within 30 days after signing the agreement.
The lot included about 200 objects — mainly production buildings and equipment at the plant's main site in Polotsk. Along with them, "Savushkin Product" acquired the rights to the trademarks "Mi-Shu!" — the panda and the heart.
The Polotsk Dairy Plant was declared bankrupt by a decision of the Economic Court of Vitebsk region. Its creditor debt exceeded 377.8 million rubles — more than ten times the price at which the Polotsk site was sold. 930 enforcement proceedings were initiated against the enterprise.
The money received from the sale will be directed to mandatory payments and partial repayment of debts to creditors.
According to the terms of the tender, "Savushkin Product" must use the complex as a food industry enterprise for at least five years, create at least 400 jobs in the region, and invest no less than 50 million rubles within five years.
