On the night of September 29, the international road checkpoint «Krasny Kamen» was attacked by drones and caught fire.
Despite the cancellation of official trips, unofficial minibuses continued to operate on the route. According to passengers, drivers are forced to exceed the speed limit to try to evade drones. They claim that sometimes they have to drive faster than 120 km/h for this.
On September 30, a section of the Russian highway Klintsy — Novozybkov in the direction of Belarusian Dobrush was completely closed. It is reported that many attack FPV drones were secretly installed along the road, waiting for a target to appear. Such drones can remain on duty for days.
Some regular international flights from Bryansk to Gomel had been canceled or reduced before, but bus connections between the regions had not completely stopped until now.
