Today in this town in the far east of Belarus, a report was received on the 102 line that an intoxicated man was driving a car.

Traffic police inspectors promptly responded and stopped a KIA, behind the wheel of which was a 27-year-old local resident with obvious signs of alcoholic intoxication, according to Mogilev police.
A test showed the presence of 2.3 permille of ethyl alcohol in the exhaled air. It also turned out that the young man had never previously obtained a driver's license.
The man was fined 200 basic units (9,000 rubles). He will be banned from obtaining a driver's license for five years.
