The Russian marketplace Ozon opened two new logistics centers in Belarus in October 2026, with a total area of 38.1 thousand square meters. This was reported by the real estate agency Result Estate, writes Primepress.by.

The new Ozon logistics center in Balbasava, Orsha district, occupies 26 thousand square meters. It has already started operations: it has been accepting deliveries since October 5, and plans to start shipping orders from October 12.
The second center, with an area of 12.1 thousand square meters, is located in a production and warehouse complex in Minsk on Haretskaha Street. Since October 8, it has begun servicing the marketplace's logistics flows.
Following the opening of these two facilities, Ozon's total logistics capacities in Belarus have more than doubled – to approximately 65 thousand square meters.
In addition to the new centers, Ozon's infrastructure in Belarus includes a hub on leased premises of the "Karaliou Stan" transport and logistics complex near Minsk, as well as sorting centers in Orsha, Grodno, and Baranovichi.
Result Estate noted that Ozon's expansion indicates a growing demand for modern warehouse facilities in Belarus. According to the agency, for the commercial real estate market, this is an indicator of the further development of logistics infrastructure and an increased need for high-quality warehouse facilities.
Ozon is one of the largest multi-category e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in Russia. The company was founded in 1998. In recent months, its warehouses in Russia, alongside those of its main competitor Wildberries, have regularly come under attack by Ukrainian drones.
