What makes up the cost of a cup of cappuccino in a Minsk coffee shop?
In Belarus, they calculated what makes up the cost of a cup of cappuccino in a coffee shop. For the calculation, a 250-milliliter drink in a disposable paper cup, sold for 7 rubles in a private coffee shop in one of Minsk's residential areas, was taken, writes sb.by.

The largest part of the costs is the barista's salary — 24% of the price. Another 14% goes to the coffee shop owner's profit, 11% — to premises rent.
The cost of coffee beans is 8.3%, taxes and mandatory deductions — 8%. Depreciation and equipment maintenance account for 7%, milk adds 6.3% to the cost, and utility costs — 6%.

Another 5% are administrative costs, 5% — the cost of a disposable paper cup, 3% — other consumables. Banking services and acquiring account for 2%.
Coffee beans in Belarus are an imported product, so their price depends, among other things, on fluctuations in world market prices.
