The patient entered the doctor's office without waiting in line "just to ask".

A conflict occurred in the polyclinic of the Central District of Minsk: a nurse inappropriately addressed a patient, reports Mlyn.by.
The nurse called the patient a "pig" when he entered the office to clarify the queuing order.
According to a witness to the situation, this incident is not the first. The woman clarified that the employee regularly allows herself to speak in raised tones and uses rude expressions.
Darya Khatkevich, an advocate of the Minsk City Bar Association, said that similar behavior can be punishable. Moreover, disciplinary, civil, and administrative liability under Belarusian law may apply.
Rudeness is unacceptable. Violation of these norms can lead to disciplinary action.
A patient who was insulted can file a lawsuit for monetary compensation for moral damage, the lawyer explained.
Regarding the expression "pig" (свінота), the advocate explained the following. For an expression to be recognized as an insult under Article 10.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the law requires two mandatory conditions: the intention to humiliate the honor and dignity of a specific person and an indecent form of expression.
And "pig" (свінота) rather belongs to obscene invective vocabulary (words and expressions used to express aggression, insult, humiliation of the interlocutor, expression of contempt, hostility, or disregard).
Whether this constitutes an offense is directly determined by the court.
