The leak occurred at an open storage area. Rescuers stopped the substance release by closing the valve, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and site personnel carried out work to settle vapors and neutralize the ammonia. No exceedance of the maximum permissible concentration of ammonia vapors in the air was recorded.
There were no casualties. The cause of the incident is being investigated.
