Lukashenka's second son and Belarusian businessman Juryj Chyzh visiting Kemerovo Region.
Dzmitryj Lukashenka, the second son of Belarusian President, and businessman Juryj Chyzh headed the Belarusian delegation and visited Kemerovo region of Russia. During the visit the sides discussed prospects of cooperation in the field of heavy industry, in particular, the production of Belarusian dump trucks in Russia. During the visit the heads of the Belarusian delegation also personally tested BelAZ trucks.
“A week ago I was in the Bielaviezha Forest. I saw our Belarusian bison. And now I feel like I’ve just bestridden a bison after driving BelAZ. This can’t be compared with Lexus, or anything else,” said Juryj Chyzh in an interview to the edition Moy Gorod.
“I feel like I’m in the Republic of Belarus. Such a scale! I hope for regular supplies of BelAZ in this region, which will benefit not only the land of Kuzbass, but Belarus, as well, sure,” said Dzmitryj Lukashenka, reports Vesti-Kuzbass.
“Actually, I want to say that everything here is of high quality. I think this line will continue and will turn into a good quality product,” he said.
Earlier in April, delegation from Kemerovo region, headed by deputy governor Valentin Mazikin, visited Minsk. Then, the parties agreed to establish a line for the production of BelAZ in the Kuzbass, which today makes the body for the Belarusian trucks.
