This location is near Kuntsevshchina, at 115A Adojeŭskaha street, in the modern residential complex "Samotsvety" (Gemstones), built in 2015.
Inside — equally modern apartments. One of them is now looking for residents for $1850 equivalent per month, writes Onliner.by.
The three-room apartment has a solid area — 100 "squares" (square meters). According to the owner, it was made exclusively for themselves and was never rented out before: "The renovation was done with the best and most expensive materials. Every element of design and renovation was carefully and individually selected."
The living space consists of a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet:
— A spacious and comfortable living room, combined with a functional kitchen where a separate working area is allocated. Plenty of hidden storage spaces. Two isolated bedrooms. A spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is multifunctional: suitable for both an office and work. The apartment has two full bathrooms.
The interior design is executed with chic, but the functional features of the apartment and the building are also well thought out:
— Each room has its own air conditioner, modern TVs, and high-speed internet. The building has underground parking, with a personal spot offering an electric vehicle charging option.
