A gaming club will be charged around a million rubles as unpaid taxes on tips.
The Belarusian tax service demands that LLC "F", the owner of one of the gaming clubs, pay an additional amount of about a million rubles. This is the amount of unpaid income tax that the inspectors estimated to be owed on the tips that visitors gave to the establishment's employees.

During an unannounced tax audit, it was discovered that the club regularly paid money "in envelopes" to both officially hired employees and those who were not registered. This is not about salaries, but specifically about tips: customer gratitude was received not only by waiters, but also by croupiers and the administration - "for diligent work."
According to the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, the club had a scheme: all tips were collected into a common "piggy bank", and the manager himself distributed them among those he considered worthy of encouragement, while keeping a portion for himself. Taxes were not paid on these amounts, although income in the form of tips should be taxed.
Now the company manager will have to bear responsibility - it is only being decided whether the violation will be considered administrative or criminal. But regardless, a million rubles of income tax will have to be paid.
Information about the violations has already been transferred to the Social Security Fund and Belgosstrakh to calculate the due contributions.
