Kohl on negotiations with Lukashenka: Spoke about the future and how to normalize relations
According to John Kohl, negotiations with Alexander Lukashenka were very productive, BelTA reports.

"We spoke about the war between Ukraine and Russia, about Venezuela. President Lukashenka mentioned many people and many things. We had a very good conversation. We spoke about the future. About how to move along the path of rapprochement between the USA and Belarus, to normalize relations. This is our goal," said the US representative.
Answering the question of what needs to be done for further normalization of relations, John Kohl noted: "Precisely what we are already doing. We are lifting sanctions, releasing prisoners. We are constantly talking to each other."
"As we get closer and closer, talk more, exchange ideas, one can say, there is a process of transitioning from the first, infant steps to more confident steps," stated the US representative.
