Young man in Minsk mutilated birds, a criminal case was opened against him
In early autumn, near one of the shopping centers, people noticed a young man who was intentionally inflicting injuries on birds. Eyewitnesses immediately called the police.
The young man explained that he was very upset that day by criticism from his teacher and decided to vent all his aggression in such an unconventional and horrific way.
To establish the motives for such strange behavior, a forensic psychiatric examination was assigned to the department of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations for Minsk.
As a result, it was established that the detained person suffers from a mental disorder (illness) in the form of a mixed personality disorder, however, is capable of understanding the factual nature and social danger of his actions and controlling them.
It turned out that the young man had difficulties in communication and adaptation in society: he led a reclusive lifestyle, was lonely, unsociable, and emotionally unstable. He himself noticed no oddities in his behavior.
