The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland has announced that Andrei Pachobut, a political prisoner, journalist, and activist of the Polish minority in Belarus, is not on the list of released individuals.

Andrei Pachobut
Andrei Pachobut is a journalist, blogger, activist of the Polish minority in Belarus, and a long-time correspondent for the Polish publication "Gazeta Wyborcza". He was arrested on March 25, 2021, in Grodno and two years later sentenced to eight years for allegedly hostile activities and "inciting hatred." For years, Poland has sought his release and even closed the "Bobrowniki" border crossing due to his imprisonment. It was reopened a month ago, leading many to reasonably hope that this time Pachobut, along with other political prisoners, would be released.
This year, Andrzej Poczobut received the Sakharov Prize, which the European Parliament awards to individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the fight for human rights.
