Valery Tsepkalo congratulated political prisoners on their release and hinted at who actually achieved their freedom
The Telegram channel of politician Valery Tsepkalo has been silent since September, but the release of a group of political prisoners on December 13 did not leave him indifferent.

In his post, Tsepkalo included an intriguing announcement:
"In the near future, we will tell in detail:
— how exactly this process unfolded;
— how we mobilized Nobel laureates for the defense of political prisoners;
— about our regular, practically weekly contacts with the White House;
— why we deliberately did not engage in PR and kept the dialogue within the framework of closed diplomatic efforts — the very ones that lead to results."
