According to MART, from the beginning of 2024 to November 2025, more than 210 thousand loan agreements were concluded for a total amount of about 1 billion rubles.
The most popular item turned out to be furniture — it accounts for every second purchase. Also often bought on credit are tiles, kitchen stoves and ovens, refrigerators and freezers, wooden windows and doors, as well as plumbing equipment.
Laminate flooring, washing machines, and televisions account for a smaller share. Other goods make up about one-eighth of all purchases.

Loans under the program are issued by "Belarusbank" at 4% per annum. In 2024, the government increased the minimum amount of such a loan from 300 to 500 basic units, which as of January 1, 2026, amounts to 22.5 thousand rubles. The maximum amount can also be used for the purchase of wooden house kits and prefabricated wooden structures.
