The document significantly expanded both the list of goods that can be purchased on credit and the range of Belarusian manufacturers participating in the program.
Now, with preferential loans, one can purchase not only traditional domestic goods but also computer equipment (laptops, monitors, all-in-one PCs, servers, system units), building materials (wallpaper, mirrors, Portland cement), light industry products from famous Belarusian brands (clothing, suitcases, natural leather bags, dinnerware sets), as well as household and electrical appliances, small-scale mechanization tools, scooters, electric scooters, heating devices, and other goods.
In addition, the list of manufacturers whose products participate in the program has been expanded. It now includes enterprises that produce heating equipment, motor and cycling goods, wooden windows and doors, furniture, household appliances, televisions, sanitary ware, natural fur clothing, and other products.
Loans under the program are issued by Belarusbank on preferential terms — at 4% per annum. At the same time, the loan repayment periods have also been changed: they now depend on the category of the purchased goods and can be one, two, or three years.
The maximum, three-year repayment period has been retained for expensive purchases, such as wooden house kits, heating boilers, small-scale mechanization tools, motorcycles, and mopeds.
