Today at the Olympics, the first medals will be contested. Belarusian women will take part in two competitions
The first awards will be contested in alpine skiing.

At 13:30 Minsk time, the men's downhill will take place.
At 15:00, the women's skiathlon competition will begin, in which Belarusian Hanna Karaliova will participate.
Skiathlon — is two types of competitions: 10 km classic style and 10 km freestyle.
At 18:00, the women's 3000m speed skating race will take place. There, Belarus is represented by Maryna Zuyeva.
Also today, medals will be contested in women's ski jumping (22:00) and snowboarding (men's big air discipline, 21:30).
On Sunday, eight sets of awards will be contested, including in the mixed biathlon relay.
However, the next participation of Belarusian women will only be on Tuesday. Hanna Karaliova will participate in the classic style cross-country sprint.
In total, 116 sets of awards will be contested at the 2026 Olympics across eight sports.
Only seven Belarusians are participating: Hanna Karaliova (skiing), Maryna Zuyeva (speed skating), Maria Shkanova (alpine skiing). Viktoriya Safonova (figure skating), Hanna Huskova, Hanna Dzyaruga, Anastasiya Andryianava (freestyle skiing)
