Businessman Zaytsev no longer wants to be associated with the "Solstice" festival
Well-known businessman Alexander Zaytsev is no longer the owner of the trademark for the Pruzhany festival "Solstice". He re-registered it to a company with the same name, the publication "Belarusians and Market" noted .

According to the National Intellectual Property Center, in January 2026, Alexander Zaytsev re-registered the "Solstice" trademark, under which the rock festival was held in Pruzhany, from himself personally to a company with the same name.
The company was founded by Zaytsev himself in 2024 and managed to hold two, quite high-profile, events in the businessman's hometown. The concert in 2025 featured Vyacheslav Butusov, "Aria", "Chaif", "Alisa", "Krematoriy" and other Russian bands, most of whom have actively supported the war in Ukraine.
However, the further fate of this festival is unclear. At the end of last year, its organizers announced the cancellation of the event in 2026. This is due to the company not being included in the Register of Organizers of Cultural and Entertainment Events. This means they are not allowed to rent foreign performers, including those from Russia.
