Tsikhanouskaya, with Associates, Lays Flowers at Shevchenko Monument
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Head of the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus, along with her deputy Pavel Latushka and other cabinet members, laid flowers at the monument to Taras Shevchenko in Warsaw. The ceremony took place on the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

In her occasional address, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya thanked Ukrainians for resisting aggression, noting that they are defending not only their country but all of Europe. According to her, Ukraine, through its example, demonstrates the importance of preserving independence and countering Russian aggression, and has also shown the world the essence of the "Russian world" ideology.

Tsikhanouskaya also addressed Belarusians who have supported Ukraine for four years: participants of Belarusian units, volunteers, and diaspora representatives who help Ukrainian military personnel and civilians. She specifically emphasized that these people are effectively representatives of Belarus in Ukraine.
Tsikhanouskaya stated that Belarusians and Ukrainians see their future in Europe, and expressed gratitude to Ukraine's leadership for this similar vision. According to her, the eastern border of Europe runs along the eastern border of Belarus.
