Oleksandr Usyk announced he plans to run for President of Ukraine

Famous Ukrainian boxer, World Boxing Council (WBC), World Boxing Association (WBA) and International Boxing Federation (IBF) heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk already has plans for the future after ending his sports career and has set his sights on the presidential chair, writes UNIAN.
According to him, he wants to "work for the state." The fighter made this statement during a conversation with Ukrainian TV presenter Andriy Bidnyakov on the air of the program "De brekhnya".
"I plan to box for a few more years. And then I have such plans - to work for the state. I am not going to take any position lower than president," the athlete stated.
