A one-room apartment is being sold in Minsk for 145 thousand dollars. The renovation was mocked
The entire apartment is tiled.

A one-room apartment is for sale in Minsk in the "Paŭnočny Bierah" residential complex (Vital Cvirko Street, 102).
Total area — 44.7 m², living area — 39.7 m². They are asking for as much as 145 thousand dollars. This is despite the fact that the apartment has an unfinished renovation.
The apartment has an open layout, two floor-to-ceiling windows. Fifth floor (out of seven floors in total). New electrical wiring with a "Smart Home" system has been installed, and there is an air conditioner.

But the most attention on social media was drawn to the porcelain stoneware floor — the entire apartment is tiled.

People joke that it looks like a funeral home and there should be a room with Lenin somewhere.
"Was there not enough tile for the ceiling?" — they quip.
"Is tile removal included in the price?"
"It seems the reason for the sale is clear."
