The man worked as an assistant machinist at the "Granit" enterprise in the "Mikashevichy" quarry. The tragedy occurred on the evening of March 13 while a drilling rig was being moved.
According to his colleague, the deceased was monitoring a cable located behind the equipment. When the rig stopped, the man was found unconscious with a severe injury. Medics who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead.
