Larisa Dolina Doesn't Give Up — She Wants to Recover Over $2 Million from Couriers to Whom She Gave Money

The story involving Larisa Dolina's elite real estate in Khamovniki, which had been ongoing for almost two years, has taken a new turn. The singer has filed a lawsuit with the Balashikha District Court against four couriers to whom she herself handed over cash under the influence of fraudsters. Dolina demands over 176 million rubles from them – approximately $2.1 million.

It all began in the spring of 2024, when Dolina fell under the influence of telephone scammers who impersonated FSB and Rosfinmonitoring employees. The criminals convinced the People's Artist of the Russian Federation that her funds were at risk and involved her in a "special operation". As a result, Dolina not only transferred all her savings to "secure accounts" but also, at the curators' demand, sold her apartment to single mother Polina Lurie for 112 million rubles.

Initially, Russian justice was on the star's side. The Khamovniki Court of Moscow declared the deal invalid, stating that Dolina acted under strong psychological pressure and did not realize the reality of events. This put the buyer, Polina Lurie, in a catastrophic situation: she was left without money and without housing. The resonance was enormous. Therefore, in December 2025, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation made a different decision, recognizing Lurie as a bona fide buyer. The court ruled that the defrauded apartment owner must bear responsibility for her own actions. In January 2026, Dolina was forced to vacate the apartment.

Now Dolina is trying to recover money from the direct perpetrators, who have already received real prison sentences – from 4 to 7 years. Although the court has already found them guilty, the singer has not yet received any compensation. The lawsuit for 176 million rubles includes both the amount for the sold apartment and the remaining stolen savings.

However, the convicts themselves stated during the trial that they were also victims of the fraudsters, that they were used unknowingly and did not understand the scale or meaning of the scam.
