Belarusian 'Planar' Equipment Destroyed During Missile Strike on Bryansk Enterprise
During a recent missile strike on the Russian enterprise JSC 'Group Kremniy El' in Bryansk, equipment supplied by Belarusian JSC 'Planar' worth several million US dollars was destroyed, writes the 'Belpol' organization.

According to contracts available to 'Belpol', in the period from 2022 to 2025, 'Planar' supplied 'Group Kremniy El' with dozens of installations used for microchip production.
Among the supplied equipment are automatic wire bonding machines (EM-4520 and EM-4550), ultrasonic welding machines (EM-4341), testing complexes (EM-6610-1), automatic alignment and exposure machines (EM-5084BM and EM-5026AM), die bonding machines (EM-4075A-1), devices for defect control in photomasks (EM-6729B-0.25), and laser correction of mask topology (EM-5181).
One of the contracts stipulated the supply of four automatic EM-5084BM machines worth 3,899,100 US dollars, with delivery terms in June and December of 2023 and 2024. The equipment is designed to work with 100 and 150 mm silicon wafers and is used for forming microchip images on semiconductor layers with a technological step of 800 nm.
In addition to 'Group Kremniy El', 'Planar' also supplies equipment to dozens of other Russian enterprises.
