People were horrified by the salary of a nanny in a kindergarten near the National Library
«My hair stands on end from the salaries… Will anyone even be found?»

«I believe in the power of Threads. Minsk. Help is needed to find employees», — with such hope, an employee of one of the capital's preschool institutions began her post. The girl published a list of vacancies at kindergarten No. 571 in Minsk, located at Francis Skaryna, 7, near the Uskhod metro station.
The vacancies are as follows:
- day guard (0.65 of a full-time position, working day — 5 hours 30 minutes): salary around 500—600 rubles.
- cleaner of office premises: for 1 full-time position — around 800 rubles, for 1.5 full-time positions — around 1200 rubles.
- assistant educator (nanny): salary around 1000 rubles.

However, instead of feedback from candidates, people in the comments were outraged by the salaries.
«My hair stands on end from the salaries… Will anyone even be found…» — one of the women gasped in horror.
Another chimed in: «You should have believed not in the power of Threads, but in the power of salaries. A cleaner on one and a half full-time positions — is that 1200 per month for 12 hours of work a day?»
The intensity of the discussion in the comments began to grow rapidly:
«Wait a minute, employees? Or free slaves?» — someone clarifies.
«For such money, you should come to work and cause harm», — another commentator categorically states.
«For such a salary? Even Threads is powerless here!», «Nightmare», «I don't want to say anything bad, but my pension is higher. And I'm not a policeman or a serviceman», «The only adequate salary here is for the guard, because it's not a full-time position and it's unskilled labor», «Horrible salaries, just rock bottom», — Belarusians write.

A separate outrage was caused by the difference in workload and pay for nannies.
«What a nightmare!!! Nanny — 1000 rubles. This is a person who looks after children all day and also wipes their butts. Where are we headed…», «It's sad that a nanny's workload is a hundred times greater than a cleaner's, and the responsibility too, but the salary is almost the same.»

For many, this post became an occasion to recall their own bitter experience of working in state institutions.
People were also surprised how the indicated salaries relate to legislation:
«Why is the cleaner paid less than the minimum wage? Haven't there been any inspections for a long time?»; «Is it even legal — a salary of 800 rubles?»
One of the commentators advised: «People, what's wrong with your salaries? Work a month for 500—600 rubles? Try it yourselves. Distribute it among your employees, let them work.»
To the sharp question «Are you kidding?» the author of the post replied:
«It seems only you are kidding here. And yes, it's little, but such salaries exist, and people work well for this money! There are those who have no opportunity to go elsewhere, or those who are retired but want to earn some extra money.»
The girl explained that she herself travels to work at «Uskhod» all the way from «Kamennaya Gorka» and is very satisfied with the institution she was assigned to. According to her, the kindergarten is well-equipped: «Equipment is purchased, color printers with laptops have been bought for each group, and salaries are not unfair even in the nursery.»
She herself works as an accompanying educator for children with autism spectrum disorders and receives 1500 rubles.

The discussion was concluded by a user who considers this situation a chronic illness of the system:
«Everyone got so heated over these salaries, it's almost funny)) This is classic for both the capital and the provinces, because it's always been this way in the education system)) This is reality, yes, can you imagine?)) Everyone genuinely doesn't care that it's hard labor. They paid pennies, and they will continue to do so!»
