Belgazprombank Reports Discontinuation of Visa Card Operations in the EU

Belgazprombank reported that Visa payment system cards issued by it will not be serviced in the EU territory.

"According to the decision of the international payment system Visa, from March 19, 2026, operations using Belgazprombank Visa cards conducted in the territory of European Union countries (including in online stores registered in the territory of such countries) will not be serviced," the bank's statement says.

According to the bank's information, in Belarus and other countries, except for EU countries, cards will continue to work. The airport lounge access service under the Dragon Pass program will also operate as before.

The bank recommends its clients to apply for a Mastercard system card for operations in the EU territory or use an existing one.
