The U.S. lifted sanctions on Delcy Rodriguez — interim president of Venezuela
Rodriguez's name disappeared from the list of "specially designated nationals".

This is a list of individuals whose assets in the U.S. are frozen, they are prohibited from entering the country, and U.S. citizens and residents are forbidden from having business relations with them.
The White House called this a sign of progress in relations between the two countries.
"As President Trump said, Delcy Rodriguez is doing an excellent job and cooperates very well with the United States," the White House press secretary's statement said.
