On this day, some trains between Minsk and Gomel will be completely cancelled. This will affect several services that usually run in both directions. In addition, a number of other trains will not be cancelled, but will run on an altered route or with a different schedule.
Some services, for example in the direction of Mazyr and back, will be limited in route — they will not reach their final destination, but will terminate at intermediate stations. Other trains, for example from Mogilev to Minsk and back, will also run on an adjusted schedule, but without complete cancellation.
Special attention is given to the train from Gomel to Minsk, which departs on the evening of April 6. It will arrive in the capital on the morning of April 7, but also on a changed schedule.
Alternative passenger transport will be organized on the Pukhavichy — Talka section. Instead of trains, buses will run between these stations, and travel on them will be with railway tickets. Buses will make stops near some stations, but not all.
However, passengers will have to transfer to separate trains, as direct bus service along the entire route is not provided.
All these changes are temporary and are related to repair work. Passengers are advised to check the current train schedule in advance to avoid inconvenience when planning their trips.
