The Armed Forces of Ukraine have once again attacked the Tuapse oil refinery. It's the third fire there in two weeks. The previous one was only extinguished four days ago.

In Russia's Krasnodar Krai, a fire broke out at the Tuapse oil refinery after another drone attack. Regional authorities reported that the blaze was caused by "falling debris," and according to preliminary information, there were no casualties this time.
This is already the third fire at the enterprise in the last two weeks — the refinery was previously attacked by drones on April 16 and 20.
The ecological situation in the region remains critical. Earlier, environmentalists recorded an oil slick of about 10 square kilometers in the Black Sea, and "oil rain" fell in Tuapse itself. The concentration of harmful substances in the city's air exceeded permissible norms by two to three times.
However, Russian authorities are convinced that the summer season will proceed, and vouchers for children in Tuapse are still being purchased.
The Tuapse oil refinery is part of a single complex with a large sea terminal. Large-scale supplies of oil products for export pass through it, making it a key hub for Russia's economy. The main part of the Russian budget's revenue comes from the export of oil, oil products, and gas.
Russian war correspondents attribute the increasing effectiveness of Ukrainian strikes to the depletion of anti-aircraft missile stocks for Pantsir systems.
