In Mogilev, a criminal case was opened against the director after the death of an attraction worker

The Mogilev interdistrict department of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the 56-year-old director of an entertainment organization, where an 18-year-old intern died .

The case was initiated under an article on official negligence, which negligently caused a person's death.

As reported earlier, the tragedy occurred on May 1 at an amusement ride in Mogilev. The young man was training for the position of attraction operator. During his work, he was helping a visitor safely leave the carousel and did not secure the working mechanism. At that moment, he was caught by the moving part of the attraction.

As a result of the incident, the young man sustained a severe head injury and died.

The main version of the incident is considered to be a violation of safety regulations.
