The rainy season in the Bahamas lasts from May to November. The capital's "Bahamas" — the one in "Minsk-World" — fit perfectly into this wet period. The house at Bratskaya, 11, was commissioned in December 2023. This means that, effectively, half of the warranty period has already passed. In some places, the house looks quite neglected.
