"As soon as it rains, our entrance floods." "Bahamas" in "Minsk-World" is flooded again
The rainy season in the Bahamas lasts from May to November. The capital's "Bahamas" — the one in "Minsk-World" — fit perfectly into this wet period. As soon as it rained last weekend, precipitation also fell inside the new building. "We no longer know where to turn. Nobody does anything," say residents of the 25-story building, writes Onliner.

The "Bahamas" complex is no stranger to "rainy" reports.
— This story has been going on for over a year, but the problem remains unresolved. Even with a slightly significant rain, water pours from the ceiling in the entrance, like a stream. And water also pours from the electrical panel. Stalactites have already managed to grow on the walls during this time!
Appeals and meetings with the head of the district administration, the head of the warranty department of "Dana Astra" have had no impact on the situation. During this time, a house could have been built from scratch, but the developer simply continues to feed us promises. It feels like they are simply stalling for time until the warranty period for the house expires," the owners worry.
The house at Bratskaya, 11, was commissioned in December 2023. This means that, effectively, half of the warranty period has already passed. In some places, the house looks quite neglected.
Why the building regularly "gets soaked," when and what work will be carried out to eliminate the cause of the problem, within what timeframe, and at whose expense the lobby will be repaired — journalists have sent all these questions to the developer. There are no answers yet.
