US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have now become the most combat-ready army in Europe. He said this in an interview with Fox News during a visit with US President Donald Trump to China.

According to Marco Rubio, the Ukrainian army has gained significant combat experience during the war and inflicted considerable losses on Russian troops. He noted that Russia loses several times more military personnel each month than Ukraine, despite having greater resources and population.
The American diplomat emphasized that international military aid, which Ukraine has been receiving since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, played an important role in this. At the same time, he also noted the high level of combat training of Ukrainian servicemen.
Rubio also stated that the war has brought enormous human and economic losses to both countries. According to him, Russia continues to suffer heavy losses on the front.
Additionally, the US Secretary of State said that the negotiation process between Moscow and Kyiv has recently slowed down, but Washington hopes that the parties will still return to negotiations.
