In Dzyarzhynsk, the House of Trade is being sold for almost $5 million
In the center of Dzyarzhynsk, a well-known commercial property — the "House of Trade", which is the oldest department store in the city, has been put up for auction, writes domovita.by.

The building, with an area of almost 10 thousand square meters, was valued at 13.44 million rubles (approximately 4.76 million dollars). Along with it, the buyer will receive a share of a land plot covering more than 1 hectare and an already operating business with 27 tenants.

The object itself is a three-story building with a basement, built back in Soviet times. Its construction began in the 1970s, and it opened in 1988. In 2021, a renovation was carried out: facades, windows, utility networks, and interior premises were updated, so the building is now ready for operation without additional repairs.

Today, shops, banks, service points, and other tenants operate inside. The object effectively remains an important commercial center of the city.
To participate in the auction, a deposit of about 10% of the cost must be made. Applications are accepted until May 21, 2026, and the bidding itself will take place the next day, May 22. The winner must quickly sign the contract and pay for the property, but the building currently has a bank encumbrance, which will be settled during the transaction process.
