Security forces claim to have detained two men for voting in the CC elections. But can this be believed?
Their legal status is unknown.

Online elections to the Coordination Council are being held from May 11 to 17. So far, 838 people have voted.
A Telegram channel linked to the security forces published two 10-15 second videos featuring men who allegedly voted in the CC. They explain how they followed a link and landed on the voting website.
As 'Nasha Niva' managed to identify, one of the men is 34-year-old Andrei Pyatakou from Minsk.

The second is 38-year-old Aliaksandr Medusheuski. He may have recently lived in Lithuania.

How they were detained (and if they were detained at all), what their legal status is — nothing is known.
Did these men vote at all, and how did the security forces find them? This is also unclear.
Any situation could be real.
It could be that they actually followed a real voting link but didn't enable a VPN, and the security forces managed to track their activity.
Or that they followed some fake link that the security forces might have spread in chats.
Or that they were detained for something else — for example, "extremist" subscriptions were found during a border check — but they were asked to voice a prepared text about voting.
Security forces threatened to open criminal cases for "facilitating extremist activity" against both those running for the CC and those who vote.
