According to prosecutors, this woman was listed in the official's contacts as "Veronika Feng Shui Office". Andriy Yermak, it is alleged, sent her data on the birth dates of candidates for state positions and asked for advice on their appointments.
Court materials mention alleged consultations regarding appointments to various high positions in the state apparatus, including in the healthcare sector, the President's Office, and other institutions. The prosecution also claims that he characterized some individuals as "his people".
In addition, the prosecution claims that Yermak might have had influence over appointments to high state positions and potentially used this to influence the course of investigations or to protect interested parties.
The case itself, within which this information is being considered, concerns suspicions of legalizing approximately 460 million hryvnias (10.5 million dollars), allegedly related to elite construction near Kyiv. The investigation is also considering possible links of these funds to corrupt schemes.
