A resident of Homel was sentenced in the Hayun case

28-year-old Aliaksandr Novikau was sentenced in the Homel Regional Court under Parts 1 and 2 of Art. 361-4 of the Criminal Code (assistance to extremist activities).

As it became known to human rights activists of "Homel Spring", Aliaksandr was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of house arrest (lit. "home chemistry").
