The land road to Crimea is now completely within range of Ukrainian drones, making fuel delivery harder every day.

Gasoline brands AI-92 and AI-95 are unavailable at Sevastopol's filling stations. This was admitted by the city's governor, Mikhail Razvozhayev. "Logistical difficulties persist, the reasons for which are known," he wrote, without specifying what he meant.
According to him, the authorities are doing "everything possible" to normalize the situation in the shortest possible time, and issues of fuel supply to Crimea are controlled by the Russian Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Transport.
Diesel fuel is still available, but not at all stations.
Problems with fuel in Sevastopol have been ongoing for several weeks. As early as May 22, the city authorities introduced a sales limit — no more than 20 liters of gasoline or diesel per person — to avoid excitement and queues at gas stations.
Razvozhayev intentionally uses the vague phrasing about "logistical difficulties, the reasons for which are known" — without directly naming the strikes on Russian fuel infrastructure. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces have struck the Feodosia oil depot and ferry logistics in Kerch, and the so-called land corridor to Crimea through the occupied territories of southern Ukraine has come under fire control. Fuel tankers are not allowed across the Crimean Bridge for security reasons, so delivery depends on ferries and weather.
